The Continuous Training Programme in Leadership and Management in Science and Innovation was initially created as part of the IDEC ? UPF Alumni Association by students taking part in the first edition of the Master's in Leadership and Management in Science and Innovation.

This initiative sets out to promote and improve knowledge of management in the areas of science, technology and innovation, whilst also aiming to establish a permanent meeting point for professionals, companies and institutions involved in this subject. The programme is made up of monthly training sessions of continuous training on various topics of interest. These are held on the last Thursday of every month with the idea of establishing positive interaction between those attending and the guest speakers.
