A student on the Master's in Sports Management and Direction organizes the conference 360º Coach


Miquel Puig i Vall dels Sants, a student of Master in Management and Administration of Sport of IDEC-Universitat Pompeu Fabra and sports director and founding member of TWSM, organizes the first congress of competitive sports training: 360º Coach, what will be held in Barcelona on 16 and 17 June 2011. Carles Murillo and Pere Solanellas, directors of the Master's in Sports Management at IDEC-Universitat Pompeu Fabra, form part of the scientific committee of the 360 o Trainer congress.

360º Trainer is a congress aimed at trainers from any sports area and discipline wishing to improve their competencies in human resource management. Sportsmen and women are the work objective of the trainer, and the capacity to control emotions and the psychology of their athletes will influence the degree of development of the competitive potential of the team the trainer is running.

360º Trainer is a meeting point for sports trainers wishing to innovate in the management of success, diversity, talent, communication, the environment and, particularly, people. Through experts of renowned prestige, those attending may share how the speakers have put into practice good leadership, creativity and the culture of effort.

Some of those delivering papers at the congress are: Alex Corretja, Santi Freixa, Juanma Lillo, Pedro Delgado, Xesco Espar, Eusebio Sacristán, Isidre Esteve, Aíto García Reneses and Gemma Mengual, among others. Please consult the full programme here.
