You'll gain knowledge and skills in management, sustainability, data and artificial intelligence to tackle the challenges facing today's organisations. You'll also study entirely in English and enjoy an international experience that will prepare you to thrive in a global professional environment.

Are you interested in the world of business and want to be part of a new generation that transforms the way companies operate?
You'll learn how businesses work, how to make decisions and how to create a positive impact on society and the planet, essential skills for managing businesses in the 21st century.
All this through a practical learning experience, connected to real businesses, and an international perspective that will prepare you for a wide range of career paths.
This degree could be a great fit for you if…
Choosing this degree means starting your future with a different perspective on business. Here, you'll not only learn how organisations work, but also where they're heading and how you can be part of their transformation.
Unlike a traditional Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA), sustainability is not an added specialisation, but a core element throughout the entire curriculum.
You'll develop skills in management, strategy, data, AI and technology to understand the economic, social and environmental impact of business decisions and respond to what many organisations are already looking for.
You'll explore it in management, strategy, finance, operations and decision-making.
You'll study in English and complete part of your academic journey abroad.
You'll combine business, ESG criteria, data analysis and digital tools such as AI and coding.
You'll work on projects and challenges connected to real organisations.
Climate change, the circular economy and social impact are already part of today's business reality.
Internships, applied projects and your Final Degree Project will help you shape your professional profile.

Your international experience includes a minimum of 21 ECTS credits completed at a partner university, fully recognised as part of your academic record. We have an established network of international agreements and twice as many places available as students, giving you a real choice of destinations. And since the degree is taught entirely in English from the first year, you'll be well prepared.
Choosing where to study also means choosing where you want to grow and start building your future.
At UPF Barcelona School of Management, we've been developing talent for over 30 years, training more than 10,000 professionals every year, collaborating with over 800 organisations and building a community of more than 35,000 alumni.
